Happy 4th of July, Lake Saint Louis

Wishing everyone a safe and meaningful Independence Day.

As we celebrate, please consider ways to enjoy the holiday while also being mindful of our neighbors, pets, wildlife, veterans, and anyone who may be sensitive to the sound of fireworks.

If you choose to use fireworks, please follow local rules and use extra care. In Lake Saint Louis, fireworks may only be discharged within city limits on July 3 and July 4 from noon to 10:30 p.m. Fireworks are not allowed on city property, including streets, cul-de-sacs, or parks.

A few thoughtful ways to celebrate:

🧺 Enjoy a picnic, barbecue, or lake day

🎶 Listen to music outside

✨ Use glow sticks, sparklers where allowed, or festive lights

🐾 Keep pets safely indoors and check on neighbors who may appreciate a little extra notice

There are also public celebrations nearby, including Celebrate Saint Louis at the Gateway Arch on July 3 and 4, with music, drones, and fireworks.
