This week, I had the opportunity to spend time with a class of seniors at Christian Brothers College High School for two sessions on the history of voting in the United States, women’s suffrage, and the realities of voting today, as part of my work with the League of Women Voters.
I was genuinely impressed by how thoughtfully these students engaged. They asked great questions, challenged ideas, and really took the time to think through how things work in real life.
Moments like this matter. It’s one of the ways we can support informed, thoughtful participation in our community.
Grateful to be part of it.
