As we look forward to more mild Spring weather, those of us from St. Louis know, fluctuating temperatures and storms are still on the horizon. One day it can be comfortably warm and the next, downright frigid.

This feels like a good time to remind everyone that sometimes we all need help, and not just during extreme weather. I wanted to share a resource that is there and helpful any time you need it.

Did you know you can dial 211 to connect with local help and resources?

Dialing 211 in Missouri is like connecting directly to a free 24/7 resource hub providing you with information and support for:

  • Utility assistance

  • Food and housing support

  • Healthcare and mental health resources

  • Help for seniors, families, and caregivers

A Free Program from the United Way

A service of the United Way, it is confidential, free, and available to anyone who needs it or is helping someone else.

Conclusion

Sharing because everyone deserves to know where to turn when support is needed.
