Over the past several years, I’ve been paying close attention to the decisions shaping our community. I’ve followed what’s happening in Lake St. Louis, reviewed public information, attended meetings, and spoken with neighbors who care deeply about the future of Ward 1 and our city.

Throughout my career, I have worked with leaders and organizations to help people work through complex challenges, ask the right questions, and build solutions that move communities and organizations forward. My professional background is in organizational performance, leadership development, and change management. For more than two decades, my work has focused on helping people navigate difficult issues, understand different perspectives, and build solutions that are both practical and sustainable.
